Returns Policy (Excluding Bespoke Colour Match Orders)
Under the Consumer Protection Regulations 2013 you have the right to cancel your order within a period of 14 days from the date after you receive the goods. If you wish to cancel and return your purchase, please contact our sales team on email@example.com or +44 2380 452 452 with your order number or invoice number and then the goods can be returned to Avko Interior, Hamble Court Business Park, Hamble Lane, Hamble, Hampshire SO31 4QJ
Here at Avko Interior we ensure that all of our goods are supplied to our customers in good condition and that every possible precaution is taken to protect the integrity of the product that is sold. If you are unhappy with your unused purchase please return it within 14 days along with your receipt or invoice for an exchange or refund, by the original method of payment. Items must be returned in their original packaging. Please note that Avko Interior is not liable for any cost incurred for returning the goods to Hamble Court Business Park, Hamble Lane, Hamble, Hampshire SO31 4QJ.
Items Damaged in Transit
If you take delivery of a package from us and the contents have been damaged in transit, we will exchange the damaged items free of charge, provided you contact us within 48 hours and return the damaged item(s) to us within 14 days of taking delivery.
You have the right to return a faulty item within 14 days along with proof of purchase.
If we have sent you an incorrect item, please notify our sales team as soon as possible or within 14 days and return the incorrect item to us and specify the correct details in writing. If you would like us to replace the incorrect item with the item you ordered we will send you the correct item as soon as possible or alternatively we will refund the item once it has been returned. We will not charge you for the incorrect item and we must have the incorrect item returned before investigating.
Please note we do not exchange or refund any customers ordering any Bespoke Colour Match Paint, these colours are manufactured specifically to order and therefore are non-returnable.
