Is there a delivery charge?

Why should I create an account?

Our checkout process gives you the option to create an account or check out as a guest.

Creating an account on our website is very useful if you are likely to order more than once from us. The website will remember your details and store multiple delivery addresses. You can also view and track your orders via your online account.

Can I return paint?

We accept the return of unopened items within 14 days from the date of purchase. You must provide valid proof of purchase along with your return. If you wish to exercise this right, you must contact us by telephone on 02380 452 452 or email customerrelations@avkointerior.co.uk

However, customers ordering any Your Colour Match paint are excluded from the right to cancel. These colours are manufactured specifically to order and therefore non-returnable.

Avko Interior strongly recommends that all our paint is sampled prior to ordering large quantities to check colour accuracy in its intended environment.

Can I use my any credit/debit card to pay for my order?

We accept all Credit and Debit cards – you will be taken through to Sage Pay for all card payments.

How can I check my Avko Interior order status?

You can check the status of your order in the following ways:

  • Log in to your Avko Interior online account and select My Orders and click View Order on the order you would like to see.
  • Refer to your shipping confirmation e-mail which would have been sent to you upon placement of your order.
