Is there a delivery charge?
Once processed, all orders are dispatched using a next day delivery service from FedEx, which costs £4.85 for orders up to 10 litres, charges increase accordingly after the 10 litre threshold.
Delivery on all colour charts and samples is free of charge.

Can I return paint?
We accept the return of unopened items within 14 days from the date of purchase. You must provide valid proof of purchase along with your return. If you wish to exercise this right, you must contact us by telephone on +44 2380 452 452 or email our sales team on sales@avkointerior.co.uk
However, customers ordering any Bespoke Colour Match paint are excluded from the right to cancel. These colours are manufactured specifically to order and therefore non-returnable.
Avko Interior strongly recommends that all our paint is sampled prior to ordering large quantities to check colour accuracy in its intended environment.
Can I use any credit/debit card to pay for my order?
We accept all Credit and Debit cards – you will be taken through to Sage Pay for all card payments. We also accept payments with PayPal.
How can I check my Avko Interior order status?
Avko Interior aims to process and dispatch all orders as soon as possible. Once shipment has been confirmed, you can expect your paint to arrive the next working day. We do offer Saturday delivery at a charge - please contact our sales team via email for a quote sales@avkointerior.co.uk. If your order hasn't arrived the next working day after receiving shipment confirmation (an automated email) please contact our sales team.
