All UK mainland paint orders placed prior to 10am Monday to Friday will be processed the same day. Any orders after 10am or placed at the weekend or bank holidays will be processed the following working day.

Once an order has been processed, it can take up to 3 working days to be ready for shipment as all Avko Interior paints are mixed to order and we endeavour to provide continuous colour accuracy for our customers.

If you live in a remote area then delivery may take longer. The following postcodes are those in remote areas, AB, IV, KW1-14, PA20-31 and PH.

UK Zonal Surcharges applies for the following postcodes:

Zone 2 -  The Highlands and Islands of Scotland. Postcodes IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE

Zone 3 – Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, and Isles of Scilly. Postcodes BT, IM TR21-25. Please note that we classify the Channel Islands as an international destination. Parcels dispatched for delivery to an address in Zone 2 or 3 are subject to a surcharge.

For deliveries outside of mainland UK as well as large orders, a bespoke quotation will be required from our courier. Please contact our sales team for a quote either by email or via telephone 0238 452 452, stating your order and delivery address.

Also, please note that we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.

Please be aware that delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed as these may be affected by circumstances outside our control. Should you experience any delays in receiving your order we will do our best to contact you. Please note that we are unable to accept responsibility for lost working time on projects should your delivery be delayed. We would highly recommend ordering your paint well in advance of any project start dates.

Delivery Costs

All UK mainland deliveries attract a nominal charge which will be dependent on the delivery option chosen.

We also offer free delivery for all sample pots, colour charts and colour swatches.

If we are unable to gain access to the delivery address your goods will be returned to the local depot. They will either try to redeliver to the same address or you can contact them to arrange a collection. A further delivery charge may be payable. All goods must be signed for upon arrival to confirm receipt.
